In accordance with the specific procedures of the courier in charge of your shipment, in case of missed first delivery attempt, other delivery attempts will follow in following working days. Please remember to check if the courier has left a non-delivery paper note on your landing, at the concierge desk, in the stairwell and, in this case, we please ask you to follow the instructions on that note, by contacting the courier in charge to arrange a new delivery. If you miss also the last delivery attempt, your package will be returned to our storage. You can then contact us via email at support@xcvmilano.com or open a request form in the Contact Us page, selecting 'Orders, shipments and delivery' item, asking for the change of your delivery address when the item has returned to our warehouse. You will be charged the cost of the new shipment.
